Comments: Home isn’t home without your pets! With plenty of walking trails and an on-site bark park, your pets will be right at home. We happily welcome both cats and dogs as part of our commitment to pet friendly living. We welcome two pets per apartment and never charge a pet deposit. A one-time $600 non-refundable fee applies per household along with a monthly pet rent of $35. Each pet must weigh less than 35lbs, exotic animals not allowed.
